About This Role
TruBites is expanding to Gandhinagar, and we need motivated sales agents to build our presence from the ground up. You'll be pitching healthy tiffin subscriptions at residential societies, government office complexes, IT parks, and colleges. This is a chance to be part of something early - the first agents in a new city get to shape how we grow here.
What You'll Do
Visit residential societies, office complexes, IT parks, and colleges to pitch TruBites
Demo the app and walk potential customers through meal plans and pricing
Distribute QR codes and tracking links for sign-up attribution
Follow up with warm leads and convert interest into subscriptions
Report daily activity and share on-ground insights with the team
Build relationships in your assigned zone for repeat referrals
What We're Looking For
Own an Android smartphone with a working internet connection
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
Comfortable with face-to-face sales and explaining products clearly
0-2 years of field sales or customer-facing experience preferred (freshers welcome)
Ability to travel within Gandhinagar (own two-wheeler is a plus)
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
