1. Service Overview

TruBites is a vegetarian tiffin subscription service operating in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We deliver freshly prepared, macro-tracked meals to subscribers on a daily basis (Monday to Saturday).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located within our delivery areas in Ahmedabad to subscribe. A valid Indian phone number is required for account creation.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Plans are available in 2 Meals (Lunch + Dinner) and 3 Meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner + Drink) configurations
  • Deliveries happen Monday through Saturday; Sunday is an off day
  • All meals for the day are delivered together before 8 AM
  • The menu is fixed daily by our kitchen team — individual meal customisation is not available

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking)
  • We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances
  • Prices are exclusive of 5% GST unless stated otherwise
  • Subscription renewals are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle

5. Skip & Pause Policy

  • You may skip up to 4 deliveries per month
  • Skip requests must be placed before 8 PM the previous day
  • Skipped days extend your subscription end date by 1 day
  • You may pause your subscription at any time; remaining meals are preserved

6. Trial Package

  • The 6-Day Taste Drive trial is available once per user
  • Trial subscriptions auto-expire after 6 days with no auto-renewal
  • Trial pricing is discounted and cannot be combined with other offers

7. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made before 8 AM to the default address on your profile
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
  • We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations
  • Delivery is limited to our listed service areas within Ahmedabad

8. Food Safety

All meals are 100% pure vegetarian (no meat, fish, or eggs). We are FSSAI licensed (Lic. 20726038000986). Swaminarayan-friendly options (no onion, no garlic) are available. Please inform us of any allergies — while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the referral/agent program.

10. Limitation of Liability

TruBites is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). Our total liability is limited to the value of your current subscription.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
