Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Remaining meals in your plan will still be delivered after cancellation
  • Trial subscriptions auto-expire and do not require cancellation

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Missed delivery: If we fail to deliver your meal and you did not skip, you are eligible for a credit or refund for that day
  • Quality issue: If a delivered meal has a quality or safety issue, report it within 4 hours of delivery for a refund or credit
  • Duplicate payment: Accidental double charges will be refunded in full
  • Service unavailability: If we are unable to provide service in your area after you have paid, a pro-rated refund will be issued

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Meals that were delivered successfully but not consumed
  • Skip requests made after the 8 PM cutoff (previous day)
  • Change of mind after delivery has been dispatched
  • Partial consumption of meals

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at support@trubites.in with your order details
  • Include photos if reporting a quality issue
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account)
  • Alternatively, we may offer subscription credits at a higher value than the refund amount

6. Subscription Credits

Instead of a monetary refund, you may opt for subscription credits that extend your plan. Credits are non-transferable and expire when your subscription ends.
